      Nice homes out there and seems like a nice area to live in!

      If you are thinking of purchasing Meritage, come look through our Lavon TX, neighborhood. ROOFING is substandard per their own roofer. Builder and representatives say that while the work is aesthetically not pleasing...It meets their standard. I had one of their own roofers, and two local roofers inspect, and suggest legal action. I specifically asked staff if they would want my roof on their own home, and they would not answer. They stood silent and stated that it was with their standards. They have even failed to follow up on simple repairs promised such as paint, cabinets, and replacing a few roof shingles. Still don't believe me...here's a picture! Feel free to contact me and I will share my experience.
