Hello Attorney James Cambece, I have left many, many messages with your very disrespectful liaison Paul Montero and unfortunately have only gotten a response 1 time before getting hung up on with no resolution to my problems. He states he doesn’t know when you will ever be in the office to help either of us, nor can he give me an estimated call back time from you to get some of these problems resolved. States he has no answers to any of my question’s, before hanging up on me mid conversation. I tried to have my mother call to also ask because maybe I was asking the wrong questions and he was extremely arrogant to her as well, degrading her asking if she was def and hard of hearing because he stated he had no answers already. Then proceeded to tell her to call an attorney for help because he couldn’t help her at all, before hanging up on her also mid conversation. We have never experienced such a rude employee from a professional office and not sure how to go forward with issues as to he is the only employee the number is transferred to and is only a liaison. I apologize for having to trouble you I wish your employee Paul Montero was helpful or atleast professional with handling issues. Good luck to anyone having issues with this law office, James Cambece does not take any time to respond to anyones problems.
