When we started our home search we got preapproved by a big bank without even speaking to a human. We kept striking out, and finally took a suggestion to call Larry. Best decision ever! We finally felt like we were getting the education and personal attention we needed as first time buyers. Larry was so patient in answering all of our questions (even the ones we didnt know we should ask). He was always available and did a great job keeping the lines of communication open. And most importantly he got us into our dream house on a tight schedule and fought hard to get us the best rate he could! We truly could not have done it without his personal attention and dedication!

Working with the Montani Team, and it is a true TEAM; will be an educational, professional, and rewarding experience. On day one, Larry explained to my wife and I how we were viewing the home buying process through the wrong lens. Armed with this information we were able to purchase a true "home." with all that we were looking for. The members of the team are always available and respond quickly with any issues and concerns. As with all home buying experiences there are highs and lows, however by being true "pros" the Montani team deals in solutions not problems. As an added "perk" Larry and his team will offer other opportunities to educate yourself on owning a home and all that it entails and provide you with little gifts throughout the process. You owe it to yourself to at least talk with Larry and his team when considering purchasing a home.
