Rude!! First there was no ink pen to sign in with smh I went in to get help with my debit card pin and ended up being treated sarcasticly by the lady who was assisting me at the table, then she took FOREVER to get the pin and at this point I'm ready to go so I get up to leave and I tell the lady who is at a computer talking and laughing with her co worker after I've been sitting at the table waiting for 20 minutes then she sees me leaving and says oh don't you want your card? Ummm of course I want my card!😡 Then she says system is not allowing her to change my pin I'll need a new card🤦🏽♀️ wasting my time. Let's not mention I had to wait even longer for that. Why is it so hard for you guys to change the pin on the ATM card? Bad service.

Been with LBSFCU for many years. A lot of ups and downs, but when I needed help the most Mr. Napper and his team were there for me. Because of their assistance I was able to rebuild my life. Mr. Napers' kindnesses and understanding will never be forgotten. Thank you! By the way for the most part of the employees at the bellflower branch are nice yes, the lines are long sometimes. The tellers want to be accurate when dealing with money. Speed does not always equal efficientcy. Nile Rodgers is a great employee and an excellent 'brand representative' for LBSFCU!
