This bank is so incredibly disappointing. After opening a small business in Arlington and experiencing account fraud, this bank did nothing and we lost a large sum of money that had been worked so hard for. No customer service what so ever. Do NOT use this bank.

I had thousands of dollars of fraud happen to my account. And the team as a whole at leader bank have done next to nothing to help me get it back. Ryan the head fraud, even told the bank manager Effie, on speaker phone with me. That since the time was past their 60 day period of catching it. That she didn’t have to do anything to help me if she didn’t want to. To my knowledge she hasn’t done much of anything. They told me I was on my own and to figure it out. Many of the places that fraud happened said the bank is always responsible for helping get it back. Apparently not leader. I was told they were a good small business bank. Unfortunately I haven’t seen a lick of this. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Leader Bank makes every effort to assist clients who are the victims of potential fraud. Unfortunately, if we do not receive notification of the fraud in a timely manner our options are limited in our ability to recover funds. As we did not receive notice of these transactions until between five and six months after they occurred, our ability to assist you was limited. We apologize for any frustration this caused.
