  Attendant was very friendly and she was efficient. It's easy to get if you're going south. If you're going north, it's still not too bad unless it's rush hour

  Computer system down don’t worry you can wait in line forever no signs saying that it would be a min or that you could go to another location some possible solutions to that could have been temporarily shut down and fix the issue or like I said put up a sign god forbid anyone need cash for a check because that was an even longer line because they only had 2 people with cash boxes the line was all the out to the street I feel bad the employees who had to endure that there is no need to be stressing out your employees when there are solutions but non were taken and I blame corporate for that and don’t be surprised when your employees on done with the bull and I will again say THERE IS NO NEED TO ADD EXTRA STRESS ON YOUR EMPLOYEES WHEN IT CAN BE AVOIDED

  It said drive through closes at 5pm. I drove from dyersburg to jackson and made ot to the bank at 4:32 and they were closed. Looked online it said other bank on highland was still open drove across jackson made it there at 4:40pm they were closed. Im very upset and very disappointed at the lack of customer service and the lack of updating the hours or standing by them. And whats so bad ive gotten off work several times and made it up there at 4:30pm and they have never been closed. So if they closed early why not send an email or post it online. Something, a waste of time and gas!!

  Hi Sarah, we're so sorry for the inconvenience. Yesterday, October 12, 2020, we were closed for Columbus Day, a federal holiday. Notices were posted on each branch door and drive-thru in advance, an email was sent to all members notifying of the upcoming closure and we placed notices on all of our social media pages. Our google location listings showed the holiday hours as well. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for choosing Leaders!
