      Leaders cancelled my card without warning saying it had been compromised.. I could not pay any of my bills on a Friday.. I will be changing banks immediately..

      LaDonya, we hate you have been inconvenienced as we strive to provide top customer service to all our members all while keeping your information safe. Letters were mailed mid-December regarding a reissue of debit cards to all members that had the potential to be compromised from an outside retail data breach with an option to get a new card in-branch before new ones were mailed in January. We apologize if you did not receive it. Leaders offers instant issue cards at all retail locations for anyone that wanted a new card. You should have received a new card in the mail if you did not have one made before the deadline. For any reason, you did not receive your new debit card, please come in and we can issue you one on the spot and cancel the other. For your convenience, we have eight branches in West TN and have hours available six days a week.
