      Poor management. Complained about the rug in the room coming off and the staples underneath being exposed and poking you if you stepped on it. 4yrs and nothing to be done until a child was hurt and with the threat of sending them the bill from the hospital they immediately solved the issue. No courtesy call either for letting you know your security deposit was available to pick up until you called and even if you cleaned up the place and painted the walls to look better they still say it was messy and take your money. Was told I could send an email stating why you think you should've gotten more back and nothing not even a response saying no.
