  Lacey is hands down the best Loan Officer Assistant I have ever worked with. Every phone call is picked up on the first ring and her response times to emails are lightning fast.   2022 update: Ryan helped us with a refi in September 2021 - which went smooth as silk. I just pinged him with a question about deferring real estate taxes and he called me back to have a chat about the ins and outs. We also talked Austin real estate trends - he's always generous with his time and wisdom. Highly recommend based on 4+ years of conversations and a refi. Ryan is the consummate value-adding, trustworthy partner - he’s working to build long term relationships not make a quota. I haven’t done a mortgage through him yet - twice applied and walked through a refi process. In both cases he has been patient, truthful, efficient and caring. The first time around the numbers didn’t make sense - and he told me do. The second time he recommended a heloc instead of a refi - sending me to another provider. THEY were terrific but Ryan didn’t make a penny. Finally, in a world of spammy emails from realtors and mortgage brokers, his bulk communications are useful and targeted. He’s the kind of dude you’ll end up consulting on anything $$$/real estate related.
