  We recently purchased a a home and had several options for lenders. We ended up going with Leanne for multiple reasons. First she was upfront from the beginning, getting information was never difficult. Secondly, I am sometimes hesitant to ask questions that I feel I should know the answer to, Leanne was always eager to answer literally any question I had patiently and in detail. Working with her was a pleasure, I'd certainly do again and will be referring her.

  LeAnne and her team at Universal Lending made the first-time home buying experience seamless.   Can I just state that I absolutely adore LeAnne? LeAnne is: "The Mortgage Whisperer". We experienced a challenging set of circumstances and LeAnne was patiently and expertly there for us every step of the way -- for 8 loooong months. LeAnne is deeply knowledgable about her industry, she's professionally savvy, is an excellent communicator, and possesses stellar interpersonal skills. We could not have successfully navigated our home purchase without LeAnne Merciez.
