      LACKS TRANSPARENCY IN TRANSACTIONS! In purchasing a lift for my company, I repeated asked for the interest rate and the final payment amount. They were not able to provide me that information. I docusigned a different amount for the product purchased. Then initiated another correspondence, asking for a more detailed document for tax purposes. They then called me and told me my interest rate was 15%!!! That was unexceptable. I was never given ANY paperwork regarding this or I would not have signed one document. This was poor lending . practices. EDITED POST: After the original issue mentioned above and I reached out to get it resolved. In doing so, I did receive a better outcome, as I added a personal guarantee to the lease agreement, not just company. The interest rate has been lowered, and the leasing specialist, Amy was helpful in solving this matter. To help make things right, LCA offered to credit the document process fee, which I appreciate greatly. I DO still think paperwork for any financial agreements: loan/ lease either personal or business, should have documentation supporting upfront costs and details in writing what final costs are incurred. That is fair and up front business practices. I was told this is not a requirement for business leases without personal guarantees. After many years in business, with many purchases made, this was a first and lesson learned as to what the law requires. Hopefully this will help other consumers.
