      My experience with this firm is solely based on a long-term lease transaction I co-oped with an agent Kurt Unger who is listed as the Executive Vice President/ Principal of this brokerage. This man is verbally abusive, condescending and I am unsure how he remains in business with his unethical and rude business practice. For the past six years I have dreaded opening every email or interaction with him. Working with someone who encourages their clients to be nasty, use distasteful language and ignore tenant issues has been completely draining! We have always lead with respect and none has ever been returned. I always wondered would he encourage the mistreatment of my clients further if they weren't a BLACK owned business or if I myself wasn't a WOMAN. I have attached an email message from Kurt himself to just showcase the type of abuse we have experienced over the last 6 years from this man. It is a shame that people exist that think they can treat people in such a way and get over with it.
