      Very Shameful to Say!! Just a Number!! I would not recommend this bank if your looking for loyalty or customer service. I have been at this bank 14 years or so. I have not always been A+ customer, but have made late payments. I have always paid my loans there off.Their policies have clouded their customer loyalty.Please help in sharing this to all friends and family in all facets.

      I had been with this company for a long time getting loans that felt I had to beg them for. They did not report to all three credit agencies they just reported one which lenders do not use. So I left and went to Eastman Credit Union in Duffield Virginia and got a loan and was very pleased and have been with them ever since they do report to all three credit agencies. Eastman Credit Union is a very good company to be with and low rates.
