Mitchell Orlik was great and did an amazing job helping me purchase a factory new car. I bought a brand new 2022 2.5 turbo Mazda 3. The wait time was not bad and always responded to my text messages. Absolutely would recommend using Mitchell when looking for a new vehicle.

Went in for oil change. Asked for seat not to be adjusted, got in it when done and seat was moved all the way up and raised. With all the dials it is very hard to get seat back to how I had it. Also was supposed to have a complimentary wash and vacuum and car was not vacuumed at all. Frustrating experience for my first service.
