I’ve had multiple problems with the online banking over the multiple years of me banking from here. It has been a horrible bank experience. For of those who says I should have change to another bank I did. I left this one open so if I wanted to go back I could. Today it took multiple calls to see about my online banking to work. To my surprise I had 90 in “return fees” since I decided not to be able to over draft. When I called them moments after I had my online banking finally able to use. I call and they said they would only cut the cost by half and not even 2 out of the 3 charges that were put for the same thing. When I had to go in to the actual bank to change my phone number so I could be accredited because again problems with online banking. I was told They would not send me a check for the “accredited amount” that was mine in the first time. Even with the average customer service they still are a horrible bank and don’t recommend it
