  I have had the pleasure of working with Craig at Legacy Mortgage Group with the purchase of our home. It is a VA loan which makes it more complicated. I am a first time homebuyer and to add to that I am a person that worries a lot just ask my wife. Craig has made the process so easy I have stressed so much with all of this. I really appreciate all he has done. It maybe just his job but it has made this process so much smoother then I had ever anticipated. Thank you!!

  Terrible company. Loan agent did not return calls, texts or emails. Apparently he was out of service area to receive calls or texts. This was on a Fri and he did not have anyone in place to take care of his clients. Myself and my realtor left messages with this office and my realtor spoke to the receptionist who assured him their agent would be able to take care of it. Which was not the case. This is unacceptable in scenarios where you need to be able to have someone available, especially during regular bussiness hours. Our offer was not accepted, we didn't have the pre approval letter to submit with the offer. I called their office the following Monday at 11:40am because I still had not heard from ANYONE! The receptionist interrupted me several times and was condescending and rude. She also tried telling me she spoke to my Realtor and offered to refer her (my Realtor is a man not woman) to one of their other agents. When I told her my Realtor was not a woman, she said it must have been a different realtor she spoke with. At that point I informed her we would no longer do business with them and to shred all of my information.

  We worked with Craig and had an amazing experience! Craig was so helpful and came up with several ideas to help us consolidate our debt. He was so helpful and supportive through that whole process! We absolutely recommend using Legacy and Craig to anyone looking to buy a house or refinance their home!
