      I highly recommend Todd Memmott at Legacy Mortgage. He went above and beyond to help me complete the financing processes. He prepared a pre-approval letter on a Saturday evening for me with no prior notice. He was amazing throughout the entire process. He answer the phone and text messages promptly. Which to me was very important.
