      We recently did a re-fi on our mortgage which was first obtained through Legacy Mutual (New Braunfels, TX)10 years ago. The office staff had changed but the excellent service had not. The process was streamlined, courteous, professional and very easy. I'd recommend this office to ANY one trying to get a mortgage or re-fi. And the bonus is that the Title company is just across the hall, so it is one stop shopping.

      A mortgage company that pre approves you then turns around and says they can't take a amended tax return resulting from a simple clerical error. Even when the CPA supplies a letter explaining the clerical error which had no impact on company income or expenses. It's ok for the IRS and every other company but it Legacy. Thank you for a very poor experience
