I am a first time home owner and had no idea of what the home buying process entailed. Len Herbert and his assistant Kelly Gioia went above and beyond to gently guide me through the entire process and help me get the documentation required. Every time I called, Kelly was always extremely helpful. Len would contact me every so often to let me know where we stood in the process, and to assure me we were moving forward. They were extremely patient and kind at all times, and at all times I felt like I had the best team behind me possible. Others have told me they wish they had a team like this working for them when they purchased their home. I cannot recommend Len Herbert and his team highly enough.
