  Fallon was the best ,she was very knowledgeable and she walked through the whole house buying process ,anything that she saw needed attention that would hender the process she gave great advice on what to do. Fallon is very friendly even after closing she still followed up with me and I couldn't be more than grateful to have worked with her and her team at palmetto mortgage group.

  An absolute HORRIBLE experience buying our first home through Fallon and this mortgage company. Told us that we were approved for closing and not only did they email us 10pm the night before closing saying they were “misinformed” on information and needed a bunch more documents sent over, but they also emailed us AN HOUR BEFORE closing stating that they still needed more even though we were already approved with underwriting and everything was supposedly “ready to go”. It has been a complete and utter nightmare dealing with them and the lack of communication between the employees here is unbelievable. I’ve never even left a google review before but this whole experience made me want to spread awareness. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable lending company.

  I interviewed other loan officers, but Fallon stood above them all. Her knowledge about programs to help Educators is what sealed the deal for me. She worked to secure the loan that was right for my family. Fallon was very easy to work with and she listened to what my needs were. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and closing. Working with her was an amazing experience and I will use her again. I’m no longer paying rent; I closed on a newly built beautiful, fully loaded, smart-home with 3br/2.5 bath and garage. I’m beyond elated.
