  Excellent customer service! I felt like I was talking to close friends ever since my first meeting with Gustavo and Angela at Lend Smart Mortgage. All responses to my questions were helpful and clear. They informed me along the way and when I asked them anything via text msg they answered in less than 5 minutes or gave me a call back asap. I never had any issues in the process (which took about 2 months), I didn't have to call them for anything, they always informed every detail, change, or step progressed. Thank you!

  Edward James put forth the utmost professional expertise, personable attention and service. He was thorough, able to answer questions, kept in constant contact and worked tirelessly to make things right for his client. He kept the client's best interest and needs always in the forefront and truly listened while advising. He also made sure that he worked with other staff to make this buying opportunity come to fruition. I will recommend furure possible clients to Edward. He is phenomenal person to work with.

  I just finished closing on my new home and I have to say working with lendsmart was very delightful. Gustavo made my experience great. I had previously tried using a different mortgage company and never had my questions answered. Gustavo made it appoint to sta in contact and go above and beyond in answer any questions I had, he and his team did an awesome job I am over joyed and thankful for their assistance.
