I have absolutely zero complaints with Lenders Title. They had me in and out incredibly quickly for my close, were immensely friendly & overall a great experience!

This has to be one of the worst tile companies I have ever worked with. Specifically, Ed Young is unprofessional to a degree that to me it questions his ability to be a part of a real estate transaction. At the day of closing Lenders had failed to collect or process all the buyers required paperwork. To make matters worse they also failed to notify any of the parties involved in the transaction that the paperwork was not ready for close. As a result, the sellers continued with their move and closing as if everything was ready and now even after a week of signing their closing documents the sellers have yet to receive their funds. This has left them without the money they need to close on their new purchase causing them to now pay to rent the home they are trying to buy. All calls into Lenders about this issue are not returned, thus fueling the frustration as no one has a clear picture as to why Lenders is holding up the transaction. There is no urgency, due diligence, communication, or semblance of professional conduct at this company. I very strongly recommend that if you are looking for a title company Waco or any other company for that matter.
