I have the greatest respect for the hard working managers of the Lending Bear in Palatka. The manager of the payday department, Mrs. Marrella, is always kind and she goes out of her way to help any customer as much as she possibly can with a warming smile. The pawn department manager, Ms. Bonnie, also goes out of her way to help the customer in every aspect. If it wasn't for these two wonderful managers, I probably take my business elsewhere. I look at it as I am not only there to conduct business but to also always receive their awesome customer service skills.
