Kevin and his team were amazing. I highly recommend him and consider Kevin and his team to be a wonderful, hardworking, and trustworth broker who has your interest in mind. We recently purchased a bank owned property, and the experience with Kevin and his team was superb. Most folks consider bank owned sales as a nightmare - not with Lending Capital! At every step, Kevin explained the process and our options. He fought hard to get us the lowest interest rate and we are beyond pleased with their services and the end result. Will absolutely use/recommend Kevin in the future!

I'm giving Kevin and his team 2 stars. I believe they did everything they could but it could have been done more efficiently. I would have to contact Kevin and his team on every outlet just to receive a reply ( email, text, phone, messenger) I would contact them in hopes to get answers. I would sometimes receive texts after 9pm saying that he could talk now. On the day was waiting to find out of approval or not I called with no answers. I text him to CALL ME when he has an answer. To which he only responded with text messages telling me that it was denied. The communication on this loan process was terrible I'm not a texter and that seems to be how he liked to break the bad news. I was more ready to hear his voicemail then to hear a voice Everytime I've called. I will not be using him again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Amazing! I bought my house with Kevin who made the process stress-free and a great experience. I then refinanced my house 3 months later with him and he saved me 250$ off of my mortgage. He's so dedicated, hardworking, smart, and a very caring person.
