  We worked with Patrick for a refinance. He was very professional in his communications. He was very responsive with us and anticipated questions that we had and answered them. At one point in the process, we had to update some information for the loan. There were no delays or problems, the paperwork was quickly updated. He stayed on top of the file and gave us a heads up whenever there were actions needed from us. The notary appointment prior to closing was also a breeze, took around 20 min., also professional and easy. The refinance quickly closed at 3 weeks or less. We will definitely use his services again as it was such an easy, quick, no stress transaction. Thank you, Patrick!

  My son and myself are so thankful that we came across Lending Corner. It was late last year when I decided to refinance. I started off by calling a friend's referred broker. I got disappointed at the end of the call as the guy did not even get my contact information before he hung up. I then searched for online lenders (I had always been skeptical because of the many horror stories I've heard about scammers, but what the heck, I thought). Before you knew it, I had numerous texts, emails and voice mails from as far away as the east coast. Being from Los Angeles, I wanted a local broker. That's when I came across Lending Corner. I checked the reviews, and one name stood out...Patrick Nam. So I called very late on Sunday evening to leave a message and to my surprise, he picked up and we talked about my mortgage plans. The next day. He had emailed me every scenario I had asked for. For a few days, I tweaked my plans and he always responded. At that point, I knew I had the right broker. Peter Nam is very knowledgeable, proactive,detail-oriented and very professional. He delivered on the mortgage that we had agreed on, in the timeliest manner. I'm so grateful for Lending Corner and Patrick Nam!! I will recommend him anytime.. THE BEST IN THE MORTGAGE BUSINESS !!!!!
