Jonathan Bullard and his team at lending path mortgage made the difference for me and they will do the same for you! Last year I was stuck in a rut. I had been looking for a house for nearly a year. I was having trouble getting my financing together until I met Jonathan Bullard. Right away Jonathan and his team got to work and got me on the right path. They handled all my paperwork themselves and coached me thru to the closing day. On Labor Day I spoke with Jonathan Bullard the first time and right away Jonathan was on board helping me out. Being a Military veteran I chose to use a VA loan. So he got everything set up for me. I just had to find a house that was right for me. Then Jonathan Bullard and his people did the rest. On Christmas Eve, I was moving into my new brick ranch. Thanks Jonathan!
