  I can't finalize the online application, it's been 11 days trying to complete it using every browser and resetting passwords !! They don't answer the phone !! I was on hold for 90 min and their system hung up on me, I chose the feature to get a call back and that never happened either. These people are a joke and just giving out the run around. I'm pretty much out of time to submit the grant application for my business. They only answered the phone once in early January and issued me a new log in. 4/21/2021 I received my 3rd email from CA Relief Grant program through Lendistry, informing me that my application is still pending, it says to log into the account to check the status of the application. My email and password do not work anymore and the portal says no user found !! Try calling them and there is a 35 min hold time. I'm just going to apply again from scratch with another institution, what's the worst thing that can happen? I'm not getting anything at this point anyway.

  After year of submitting my documents they haven’t process CA grand So upset with this company If I would applied with any other company I had money in my account 8 months ago This company is scam just getting your information and not doing any any process Was getting email once a-month “your application is in process “ and after 13 months no result
