  My account started at one branch and then was transferred to a different location after being with the initial one well over 2 years. My account was then changed without being told of any of the changes beforehand. When I attempted to make the next payment for.my account, I had to call in only to be told that I needed to call the branch closest to my home. My most recent issue was about gap insurance sold by the company. When we were in the process of purchasing the vehicle we were told about gap insurance only to find out a few days ago that it is only good for 60 days (not explained in that manner when told what the extra charges would be in addition to the car payment every month). My vehicle was deemed a total loss and my insurance company paid of the remainder of the loan but even after that I was told that I needed to make a final car payment which would be returned to me after 10 days of the payment being made (seemed absolutely ridiculous). When asked for clarification the manager and another employee could not agree on the reasoning behind the final payment. I was told that I was going to receive the overages from the insurance payment after their deductions were done, but somehow that has changed too so now it has left me with a nasty taste on my mouth about this company and their services.

  Honestly just go through your bank or any other lender for that matter. They lie, steal your info to sell it, and very unprofessional. Well sign you up for a ridiculous insurance without notice and will lie straight to your face about it. Oh btw the insurance they sell you cost more than the car!
