      Poor customer service. During these stuff times during Covid people losing jobs and trying to find work. They won’t even try to work with you when you having a hard times. And the rates are insanely high for so little money you get. Then you have pay it off for next 8 yrs

      Do not get a loan here. The intrest rates are so high it’s designed so you never pay it off. My son had been paying for a loan here for FOUR years. When he finally let me help him I figured out the loan was for 7,000 and he was paying 300 per month for 4 years. Needless to say we consolidated all his bills for 9%.

      SHAME ON YOU!! Usury anyone? Over 30% Interest for a Collateral-Secured auto loan is the deal you'll get with this company, namely those at the Cartersville, GA branch. It's really pathetic what greed can do. In this case they ALMOST got away with it. And doing this to a young person, making it on his own, with a new baby. How can you people sleep at night. My opinion, this place is so sleazy, you'd probably get a better deal at a Buy-Here Pay-Here car lot. At least there you know what you're dealing with. And for any of you dealerships out there - do your customers a favor, and DON'T send them to Landmark. It's a reflection on you too.
