      Rebecca was so great on phone! I didn't feel like i was a second class citizen. I felt that they truly wanted to help me. I havent actually been to their location but if the people at the facility are anything like Rebecca i am going to like doing business with them.

      I bought a truck from Grey Epperson and instructed them to use 1st Tenn or Tenn valley credit union but for reason they said lendmark was only company that would finace me for 25.90% đź‘€. A month late i decided to check with my bank/credit union and 1st tenn said they would have for 11% and TVA said 5.5% so why did lendmark hit me with a 25.90% rate?? After I pay my truck of Ill never do business with them again.

      I needed a small loan for an unforeseen bill. I had a letter from them about their business but never had any need for them. I thought I would check them out. Never saw reviews until I got there and was waiting. I thought “oh no I better leave”. Johnathan comes to help me. One of the most caring young men who helped solve my problems. The other young lady Angela, was constantly busy with a very upbeat attitude even answering the phone over and over. They were both very professional and extremely friendly and wanting to help. If you need loan, you need to check them out. I have borrowed from banks who could care less but these employees try everything to make you visit one of them caring about your needs. I don’t know why the negative reviews because I could not have asked for any better professional treatment.
