Yes they are professional but cant help but feel screwed over. We were told we only owed 3 more payments 3 payments ago. Then told no you owe 4 more payments in a total of $350. So instead of letting them continue to screw me over I decided to call and pay it off completely and was told NO!!!!! All because they are trying to take $100 out of my account right now they wont let me pay it off and by the time that $100 clears in going to owe more money due to interest. Will never again recommend this place to anyone!! And YES we have made all payments on time.

I have the utmost respect for these people. I have been there when the customers were so horrible to the people that work there. IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT THAT YOU CANNOT GET A LOAN. PAY YOUR BILLS...BUT the women that work there are horrible. I hope Steve never quits.
