  Poor business practices! Called to check on payment, payer informed the person she was quarantined due to being Covid positive, the caller told her she needed to come into the office to make the payment, again reminded she was positive and quarantined!! Payer said I'll make my payment online was again told no you need to come into office! Informed person she would when off quarantine, was told she needed to come in now! Payer asked for a supervisor, caller "acted" like she got someone else but it was still her like someone wouldn't know the difference! I work nights and am not the one that took out the loan but am called constantly!!! How many people are they bullying into coming in when they are quarantined?!? Do they wear masks? Is this office a key to the spread of Covid?!?
