  Blake at Lendspire was absolutely fantastic to work with. The whole team was amazing. He was able to refinance my house when no one else could. My situation was complicated by an older bankruptcy and other legacy issues on my credit report. We were able to work through all issues and get the loan approved and closed at an affordable mortgage payment and at a good rate. I tried to work with other Mortgage Brokers before I found Lendspire and none of the other brokers were able to come close to getting my refinance done. The others didn't want to take the time and the effort that was required. Lendspire will work with you step and step and remove any obstacles that may come up. Blake is very professional, easy to get along with, and makes the process seamless even if your situation is complicated like mine.
