Horrible service by Susan Bernstein and Christine Flannery - unresponsive via email and poor communication. Have reached out weekly regarding the status of necessary documents to no avail, to the point of requiring a separate mortgage. Having found this out, the Lennar Mortgage team then have the audacity to reach out and offer to lock me in at a rate 2X due to “unforeseen circumstances with my initial lender”.
