      I recently closed on my Lennar home at Colonial Heritage. My Loan Officer was Briana Ozolins and she was really good. She is very thorough and conscious. The Lennar process is sometimes staggering as the rules for mortgages are constantly changing and the underwriters always want more documentation. Briana tries hard to make it less complicated and in my case, I had some last minute concerns when I read the closing documents. Even though it was late, she responded. I only wish she controlled more of the process. She worked with me to insure that I got the rate I wanted at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend her and would have no problem using her and the other team members again.

      My largest complaint is that after we had closed on our loan I got email msgs that stated I need to sign more documents. It left me feeling that either they were incompetent in having all documents signed or that someone was trying to scam me. In either case I felt it was a major concern. I would NOT recommend Eagle for financing a home loan.
