      I agree with others regarding the branch manager at the West Boylston location. She is not customer focused, has pre-conceived opinions of clientele and therefore is very unaccommodating. Wow! That's putting it out there! But it's difficult to do business with her. I avoid the branch although the rest of the staff are pleasant and very professional. The Collections Department - specifically Angel Morales - should be commended for his talent, empathy and effective solutions in what is often a difficult and usually personally awkward situation we sometimes find ourselves in after injury, loss of employment, a death, etc. His professionalism and accommodating manor make doing business a pleasurable experience.
