  So while on facebook I saw an ad for a lender, normally I would never click on it but I had been trying to buy a house for a year in vegas and I was desperate. I was put in contact with Leroy not long after, he called me right away and walked me through the whole house buying experience which is cool but this was my 3rd house I was buying so I knew the drill. Leroy explained why he was different and how he could close on a loan in less than 20 days.....ok he had my attention...can't compete with these cash offers but now you are saying I HAVE A CHANCE. He said most of his clients close on a house within 30 days of working with him and I was skeptical but game for the challenge. Well 30 days later and I had a home. Leroy is CHAMP he calls your realtor, he calls their realtor and he is like your financial cheerleader selling and singing your praises. He is so great my realtor and him and teaming up to provide houses to all those out there struggling. Did I mention he is a TEXT away? Seriously, I have never had so much communication with a lender. I am impressed.

  I had a great time working with Leroy and Christian, they've been very helpful and kind throughout the whole home buying process. I'm a first time home buyer and Leroy was very helpful and explained things to me in a way that i could understand and relate to. Thank you for helping me become a home owner! 🙂

  Have to start by Thanking Leroy and his whole team! We are starting our family and wanted more space for our 2-year-old son. We had tried other lenders prior to Leroy and were highly discouraged by the communication and the terms. Leroy was highly recommended by a friend of the family, and we decided to give them a try, I’m glad we did. Leroy Enjoys what he does always had a friendly approach cared that you understood the information provided and constantly was open to any questions we might have. Other members of the team we spoke with were Misti and Christian who were very nice and pleasant to work with. In our home-buying process Leroy and our agent went above and beyond to communicate with the seller’s real estate team to vouch for us as buyers. Very knowledgeable team that knows what they are doing they were able to lead us through the hole process and advise us when we needed help in making decisions. Despite our crazy schedule Leroy and his team were very flexible to work with us via email and txt to continue our process. Everything that required a signature was communicated through a security portal this was convenient for us. Our agent Leo had great communication with them and was our guardian angel in this process he truly excelled in helping our family. All in all, you will not regret working with a team like this when it comes to purchasing a home they will look out for your best interest and build a relationship of trust in the process. Su comunication fue excelente, nosotros pudimos comunicarnos con el en todo momento por correo electronico,Mensajes de textoincluso llamadas siempre nos contesto. Su equipo es igual de amable que el y nunca tuvimos un problema. Como cliente el nos respaldo con los agentes de buenas raises del vendedor y trato de que resaltaramos a otras ofertas.
