      LCCU is amazing. They are always friendly. I have been a member for 15 years. Every time I am there they are amazing.

      This place is awful. I had my account closed for no reason and the branch manager told me to take them to court . I went in the bank yesterday to get my kid some money so he could eat. I was told I had no money and they closed the account. I also needed money to get a bus ride home. Since I had no money I collapsed outside and had to wait for help to arrive. Oh yah they gave us warm water to help us. I did mention a medical condition so I think they tried to murder me

      Have never encountered a kind receptionist at this credit union. Have been hung up on by them multiple times and greeted with awful customer service. Really disappointed in my experience despite my reoccurring appearance.
