  Today I was a tearful mess… my car decided it was time to go to car heaven, I needed transportation asap and now didn’t seem like a good time to be car shopping 😣 Joy Bennett took us in, guided us to thru the cars that would fit our needs and was able to help us make the perfect decision for our fam💕 So, tears of fear and stress turned to tears of joy. I don’t think I could’ve found a more perfect person to walk me down this scary path today. Thank you Joy!

  I have not used this establishment for service or sales. I had made an online order for one of their Genuine Toyota parts, specifically for a 04 Corolla. On their website, I confirmed year make model along with the VIN number for the charcoal container. I had issues with my order coming out. I had to call them weeks later, which they advised me they're having issues with their online orders and had not shipped my part. When I received my part, it was the incorrect part. It appeared this part was for a 05 Corolla. When I called customer support about the issue, they instructed me I would have to pay for shipping to return. I advise everyone!!!!! not to buy from this online store!!!! They do not fix their mistakes for their customers. How can a customer be liable for return shipping when you gave them your VIN number confirming everything on their site it would fit. It is unbelievable a large dealership on top of not shipping my order for weeks would the costumer be responsible. Absolutely no accountability for this company. Response is we don't know why you got the wrong part it has to do with the site, you must pay for return shipping. Ridiculous!!! DO NOT BUY ONLINE! Even Amazon shows a difference between the 2004 and 2005 charcoal containers on there site. How can amazon be more accurate than a dealer! Like really... and you can return for free.

  My wife and I had a great experience here. Atticus was extremely helpful and guided us through every step, but was also very sociable and felt like talking to a person and not someone just trying to sell me a car. Very happy with our time there and my new truck!
