What a great experience! Sylvia was professional and really went out of her way to help. I came down from 4 hours upstate and the plates were on the car, full tank of gas, and just a few pieces of paperwork. If you get Sylvia I guarantee this will be your best buying experience ever.

BEWARE OF THE GIMMICKS! Went in to look at a specific certified pre-owned, looking to trade in my vehicle. After making an appointment earlier that day, I arrived and was told that the salesman who made the appointment with me had forgotten about the appointment and I waited to finally speak to another salesperson James S. What should have been a simple trade-in turned into a back and forth game. I knew well that my Honda was worth $18,000 on the market, an offer which I had received by several buyers including Carmax etc. Well, I was offered an insulting $14K for my trade and told that this is the Lexus policy because they "don't sell off-brands on their lot". I left the dealership with them going up to $15K last offer. No rationale on the lowball offer and they even tell me I should be happy that they don't charge a dealer processing fee which is normally $2500. Well duh, you just charged me the processing fee by low-balling my trade! The salesman even told me he agrees with me but his manager was stubborn on it. You would hope in this day and age of transparency on the internet, these dealers would stop with the gimmicks and not take advantage of the unsuspecting folks! Shame on you Lexus White Plains!
