      I’VE BEEN WAITING 2 WEEKS FOR MY CHECK FROM A CLOSING. I’VE BEEN WAITING 1 WEEK SINCE THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THEY PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON THE ENVELOPE. NUMEROUS CALLS AND. EMAILS TO MICHELE CABUS WITHOUT A RESPONSE. SHE DIDN’T RESPOND TO THE BUYERS REALTOR AND NOW SHE IGNORES MY CALLS AND EMAILS. I WROTE TO THE LAW FIRM WHICH OWNS THIS OFFICE AND THEY RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST FOR HELP WITH AN EMAIL REQUESTING I SET UP A CONSULTATION (THEY NEVER READ MY EMAIL, THEY JUST AUTO REPLIED AS IF I WAS SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE). 19 YEARS AS A REALTOR, AND THIS IS NOW THE WOST EXPERIENCE. COMMUNICATION IS KEY AND THIS OFFICE DOESN’T UNDERSTAND HOW TO COMMUNICATE. A week later and still waiting for the correct check. Despite receiving my disbursement request, they issued the check to the wrong Brokerage. Getting a response to an email is impossible.
