  when it was Simsbury bank it was wonderful and the people that work at the branche in Granby are still good but as a bank it has become garbage since liberty bought them out started with the Granby branch days after it opened over 20 years ago I am now switching to Berkshire bank

  Simsbury bank was great, once liberty took over it is no longer business friendly. You cannot call directly to this branch to talk to someone local, need to call liberty customer service and wait on hold for a minimum 30 minutes. If you are a small business owner you know that is just not possible

  Liberty bank was a great bank. The bank has changed. They started buying other banks. When they did this there customer service that you call is not helpful. I have changed numbers and my address. I am able to give them my old number and address. The customer service representative says every time they cannot change my phone number or addresses only i can. They use to be able too but now they can’t. They tell me i have to do it in there app or website. I go to try this. But both the phone and addresses required i receive a verification to my old number for the phone number change and I can’t do this because i don’t have the number anymore.
