  Customer for decades :) The most friendly and personable bank I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Recent dealings with the old Bank of Italy remind me of just how impersonal and troublesome a bank can be. I'm happy and proud to call Liberty my bank. I love my Bank

  Each and everytime I go into either branch ( Boulder Creek or Felton), I am treated with respect, friendliness and professionalism. Great Bank!!!

  After taking over management of my father’s account it came to my attention that he has been getting charged a monthly fee of $10 for having a balance under $1,000. When I called to see if this fee could be waived for seniors on fixed incomes, or if there was another account type that his could be changed to, I was told that exceptions weren’t available. This is not the type of customer service I believe is acceptable from any bank. With free checking accounts available at a myriad of institutions, it beggars the belief that there is still a bank open that is this inflexible in their fee structure. I thought that the whole point of a small-town bank was the personal service. Instead, I get better service from the big institutions I use. We had no trouble, for example, opening him a fee free, no minimum balance checking account with USAA, despite the fact that this is the third checking account that I am a signer on, and there is no direct deposit set up. If I could rate zero stars, I would.
