I really liked the people I used to deal with at the branch in Shelton before the pandemic. But everything has gone downhill with this company so hard. Their customer service on the phone is dreadful. They are not trying at all. They just hang up - I was asking polite questions for info not even a topic where argument is possible.

A good friend of mine applied at quite a few of these banks. She use to be a teller and has a lot of sales and customer service. For some reason this company keeps shunning her. Thier loss!!!

The customer-service people are evil: uncooperative, bureaucratic, and time-wasting. You can do better than Liberty Bank, which has now taken 5+ hours of my time and numerous repetitive steps to close my account and refund about $100. I still don't have the money, and I started this process in early January. They claim they never received the form, but they closed my online account--hmmm.
