  This bank provides excellent and personal customer service. Both personal and business banking are top notch. Many of our clients utilize Liberty for business accounts and the online banking experience is very business friendly.

  My boss makes his checks out from liberty bank, so I opened a account almost a month ago. No problem cashing checks in person. I deposited my most recent check through there image deposit on the app. My check has been on hold for over a week. When cleared it will be a total of 10 days. I've cashed the same checks there 3 times no issue. The checks are all from his account there. My money is on hold, I have bills to pay and I couldn't even bring in the check and have that check deposit from the app be canceled. So thanks for keeping my money for whatever reason. You have all my personal info, social and my boss has been with you guys forever and my check gets held and I recieve no help. That's just crazy. Terrible experience with a bank I just started using.

  Hi Devin, When a customer is new (for the first 30 days), we may hold checks up to 5 business days, but if you bring the check into the branch we are happy to override the hold to ensure the funds are available immediately when the maker has accounts at Liberty.   This branch is down the street from my office, and I always regret going there despite the convenience. The branch has no lobby ATM, so if the drive-through one is out of service (as it sometimes is) you either have to go inside and fill out a slip to make a checking account withdrawal or, if it's after hours, find yourself out of luck. When I set up a business account here, the manager misspelled the name of my company and didn't enroll me in e-statements, prompting a 20-minute call to customer service to reverse the paper statement charges. This branch doesn't have a change machine. Bank staff will instead request that you roll all your change for processing -- something I haven't done since the turn of the millennium. Liberty Bank desperately needs to send upper management here to fix the myriad problems with this place.
