      If I could give this place 0 stars I would do just that!! Every time I come in I have some sort of issue trying to get into my account... I came in and the said that they needed my account number I go home to get it, because my app wasn't working and I come back up here to give them that number to get into my account and it still isn't what they need... Now they are saying they need my member number, I have NEVER in my life been to a bank that couldn't log into your account with either your name and ID or an account number... It has been the most frustrating thing and I can NOT wait until I don't have to deal with them anymore!! I will NEVER put myself in a situation where I have to go through them for anything again!!!!!!!!

      Everytime I call about a question about my account ..The woman who works in the morning acts likes she doesn't know anything...Then has pauses of not saying anything...I also have different balances show up all the time and money gets taken out of my account and u can't even see who took it and where it went...one day I could have a balance of 700.00 dollars and check again in 3 days and my balance would be 760.00 and u can't see where it went....And they act like they don't know where it went
