      Great customer service is great but I use to get hold of the teller fast over the phone couple months ago and now the bank teller doesn't answer the phone anymore and you on hold for more 30 minutes waiting on the phone. Every else is quick for costumer service

      I've banked with Liberty First back when it was still Burlington Northern. Over the years it just seemed like the customer service is lacking. You do not feel like they care. They got so big and cooperate the small people don't matter anymore. I'm switching due to the fact they have no branches in West Lincoln, and their online bill pay system is so confusing. Just looking for a change.

      After years of being a Wells Fargo customer I finally got fed up enough to leave them. I found myself banking here and so happy I made the switch! Staff are always helpful both in the branch & over the phone. No issues and I 'm thankful for that.
