      I have been going to Liberty Tax for a few years after a certain national tax prep company that I had been using for 10 yrs royally screwed my out of state taxes and didn't correct it even though I paid the the 'protection'. Liberty Tax is SO much different than the others. The staff is wonderful, efficient, and helpful with any question you may have. They work well with each other and communicate professionally. This year I unfortunately went in on the day their server went down, was offered their drop off service, and was able to come back in first thing the next morning, get a run through, sign my papers and I was out the door in 35 minutes ( would have been less, but we got to talking about family since there were no other customers). Making an appointment online is so easy, or you can call or use their drop off. I am so happy I walked in there all those years ago. I NEVER worry about tax season now.

      Unprofessional and rude. Don’t even waste your time. Said they couldn’t do my 1099 and laughed at it. H&R Block for the win.
