      Don't believe these so called good reviews they are posted by their employees. Me and my Fiance had are taxes done and was quoted a little over $50 for the service. After all was done we looked at the tax papers and its $537. They will bare face lie to you and still your money. I will be reporting them to the IRS and to the BBB.

      This was the worse experience I’ve had with a business. First, the tax preparer entered my information incorrectly. When the manager came out and fixed this, she changed it back by the end of the session. I asked to speak with the Manager, who all of a sudden was unavailable. I waited until it was time for them to close, and the manager was still unable to even speak with me. Before leaving, I asked for the form I filled out that had ALL of my personal information, my SSN, DOB, Address, email address, phone number and on and on and on. She flat out REFUSED to give me the paper back, said she could give me a copy. I then asked for her to shred it, which she also refused. This was extremely unprofessional and stressful. I would highly recommend NOT EVER using Liberty.
