      The experience didn’t feel very welcoming. The customer service wasn’t pleasant and there wasn’t much interaction. The lady that did my taxes didn’t explain much to me, she did what she did and then at the end told me to file it’d be $508.00 ….. all I had was a simple tax return . Ahe didn’t even help me to understand how and why.

      Went for an appointment and the older lady who was supposed to do our taxes had a really bad attitude and was very rude. I canceled the appointment and went to the liberty tax in Suisun on sunset ave, they were so much nicer and actually know how to treat another person with some respect.
